Mounting and commissioning
The designations are to be understood as follows:
V40xx stands for the version number followed by the control
source (CAN, ADC, PPM) and the CTRL controller (PWM, Cur-
rent, Speed, ...).
We recommend commissioning via CAN and Current Control.
In the further course of commissioning and testing, you can now make the basic settings in the
EEPROM yourself.
Basically, for safety reasons, you can only make changes to the „BASIC“ settings.
• First press the button [Read EEPROM] to read out the current data of the inverter.
• Adjust the parameters by entering values in the „Min“, „Value“ and „Max“ columns. Limits
that may not be exceeded/fallen short of are specified under „Script“. The program does not
allow any input outside the given limits.
It is displayed from left to right:
o N: Sequence numbers of the program lines
o Name: Designation of the set function
o Min: Smallest possible value that can be set
o Value: Setpoint, or assignment of a function or operating mode
o Max: Largest possible value that can be set
o Script: Description of the program line
• Then press the button [Write EEPROM] to save the new values.
• You can now save this EEPROM to your PC with the button [Save File to PC]. Save your
different versions regularly, so that you can always access them again when you need
them.
