Add the contents      

of one BOD Nutrient 
Buffer Pillow to each 
bottle for optimum 
bacteria growth.

Note: Step 4 is optional. 
If simulation of original 
sample characteristics is 
required, do not add the BOD 
Nutrient Buffer.

5.

Apply Stopcock 

Grease to the seal lip of 
each bottle and to the 
top of each seal cup.

6.

Place a seal cup in 

the neck of each bottle.
