LT51View application program
LT51View
is a PC application program for Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
OS’s, developed by H Heuer Instruments Pty Ltd specifically for interfacing the
PC to the LT51 Line Tester.
This PC program will enable:
Up-loading of saved measurements on the LT51 to the PC, and then saving
the results as BMPs or text files (*.csv).
Configuration or remote control of the LT51 via sequences of commands
stored in text files or issued direct from the application.
Down-loading of the LT51 firmware when new releases become available.

Application program can be obtained without
charge for all customers, by emailing a request to: [email protected]. After
down-loading, this program must be installed onto your PC before
communication with the LT51 can commence.
Up-loading saved measurements
With the LT51 connected to the PC, launch the
LT51View
PC program.
Select the “Upload” tab in the main window of the application. In the displayed
combo-
box, choose either “Graph Results” or “DMM Results”. The list of saved
measurements is displayed beneath the combo-box.
To view a particular saved measurement, select the measurement from the list.
For graphical displays, the cursor can be updated by clicking the mouse on the
graph, pressing the displayed “<<”,”<”,”>”,”>>” buttons or selecting a pair of
values displayed in the box below the list of saved measurements
Clicking the “Copy Image” or “Copy Values” (for graphical measurements)
buttons, allow either a BMP of the current LCD screen, or a comma delimited list
of all the values being displayed, to be saved to the clipboard for insertion into
any Windows application of choice.
Clicking the “Save Test” button will save all results and configuration information
for the test, to a comma separated list to a CSV file.
Up-loading Recorder results
Select the “Upload” tab in the main window of the application. In the displayed
combo-
box, choose “Recorder Results”. When all results have been up-loaded
a list of each sample showing the date/time and their level together with a graph
of the values is displayed.
