Bad connection to the main supply. See the branch connection and look if
the plug is fed by 3 phases.
Bad earth connection.
Control the earth cable (connection and
clamp condition).

Check the covering and torch body.
Locking of the wire in the torch
Clean or replace.

In Spool Gun mode, the
welding bead is not regular
The screw that set the tension of
the rollers is too tight. Wrong
position of the speed knob on the
spool gun.
Loosen the tension screw of the rollers.
Set the wire speed with the setting knob
of the spool gun
