STD mode
There are phases of: pre gas, creep speed, Hot start, Crater filler and post gas.
BurnBack High :
can remove the wire cut pulse, useful for thin sheets.
EASY INTERFACE
As with the PRO interface the top part of the screen allows you to select
the wire diameter, gas-metal combination, welding process (standard,
pulse, manual) and trigger mode (2T, 4T).
The icon allows you to enter the secondary menu of EASY interface.
To enter the welding process menu, you must access PRO interface and
click on the
icon.
With the EASY interface, the operator will have access to two parameters:
Metal thickness
and arc length
Spot/Delay mode
The Spot mode allows the user to score the metal by adjusting the length of
the point. The Delay mode (or spot and delay) allows the operator to adjust
the welding time of the point and the delay between two points for chain
stitch welding (Available only with EASY interface).
ONLY FOR THE NEOPULSE 270-T2 / 300
Push Pull torch (OPTION)
The Push Pull torch is connected to the connector (3).
Using a Push Pull torch will enable the use of AlSi wire even Ø 0.8 mm with
a 4m torch (ref. 044111). This torch can be used on any mode.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the
trigger.
When using a potentiometer controlled push-pull torch, the interface’s set
-
tings allow you to set the maximum value of the adjustment range.
The torch’s potentiometer can then be used to adjust between 50% and
100% of this value.
