has a durable nickel-plated, deep drawn, removable frypot that holds fourteen
pounds of oil. Each fryer comes with two half-sized baskets, allowing portion and product flexibility. The
heavy duty, stainless steel element swings up and locks for easy cleaning..

A manual reset safety thermostat
will shut off the heating element power if an over-temperature condition is
reached. A red signal light will indicate the over-temperature condition.
