Checklist installation
The following checklist provides a general description of how
the installation is carried out.

Place the pool heat pump on a firm and horizontal
surface. Ensure good drainage and an adequate air
intake.

Take out the enclosed installation accessories. Ensure
that all component parts have been delivered.
;
Install the pool heat pump with bypass in series after the
sand filter. Exercise care to ensure the inlet and outlet are
installed correctly.
;
Connect the electricity.
;
Check the settings via the display and amend if
necessary.
;
Start up. Check carefully to ensure there is sufficient
circulation before start up.
;
Adjust the flow to the pool heat pump to a 1–2 degree
difference between the inlet and outlet temperatures.

Warranty conditions
The pool heat pump must be transported, stored, installed
and used in accordance with the provisions set out in the
manual.
Repairs must be made by a qualified installation engineer or
an accredited workshop. Genuine spare parts must be used
for repairs.
The warranty is rendered void if the conditions above are

Safety regulations
It is especially important to take into account the following
safety instructions when handling, installing and using the
pool heat pump:

Only qualified persons may work on the pool heat
pump’s electrical and cooling system.
•
Always disconnect the power supply before working on
the system.
