注1:M03、M04等I/O点在I/O单元的哪个位置请查看相应版本的PLC使用说明。
注2:主轴速度到达检测信号*SAR如果不用,应将其与0V短接(当输入点为低电平有效时)或者与24V短接(当输入点为高电平有效时)。
