Remote control of two recorders
When the switch is in the VIDEO 2 position, you can
control your GV 600.
When the switch is in the VIDEO 1 position, you can
control the second recorder.

If the VIDEO 1 2 switch is not set to the selected
VCR address when controlling your GV 600, the
indication »
VID 1
« or »
VID 2
« on the recorder
advises you that you must switch the remote
control to the other VCR address.

Remote control of other GRUNDIG
video recorders
With this remote control you can control different
GRUNDIG video recorders independently of each
other.
You can use it with your GV 600 and a second
recorder from the series VS 600 to VS 900 and the
GV 200 and later models.
The GV 600 must be adapted in order for the recor-
ders to respond correctly to the remote control
commands.

Preparation
Switch the TV set on.
Select the programme position for the video recor-
der on the TV set (AV programme position).

Selecting the VCR address for the GV 600
Use the buttons on the remote control for this func-
tion.
Call up the info table using the
h
button.
Use the
DC
buttons to select the » INSTALLA-
TION « line and call it up using the

button.
Use the
DC
buttons to select the » VCR
ADDRESS « line and call it up using the

ton.
– The » VCR ADDRESS « table appears.
Select VCR address 2 using the

buttons.
Confirm the setting using the

button.
– The recorder switches the table off.
