You can understand whether
HomeWhiz
function is on / off
or adjustable / not adjustable by
framing
HomeWhiz
button on
the screen. If there is no frame,
HomeWhiz
function can not be set.
If there is a frame but it is empty,
HomeWhiz
function can be set but it
is not activated. If the frame is full,
the
HomeWhiz
function is activated.
HomeWhiz function is automatically
disabled in the following situations:
• Open door
• Pressing
HomeWhiz
button again
• Closing the machine via control
panel
• Power outage or unplugging your
machine
When Home Whiz function
is disabled, you can continue
monitoring the status of your
machine through the application.
HomeWhiz function needs to be
reactived to be checked.

If you can not activate
HomeWhiz
function (no
frame), ensure that the
wireless connection setting
is turned on and that the
machine cover is closed.
Your machine sends you notifications
via HomeWhiz app when the
following occurs. You can set
where you want to receive these
notifications from the settings page
of your machine.
1. Completing program
2. Opening the door of your machine
3. Filling the water tank
4. Filter control warning
5. Running and stopping of Anti-
crease function

For the HomeWhiz
function to be usable,
HomeWhizapplication shall
be installed on your smart
device and activated internet
connection of your machine
shall be connected to a
wireless network. When your
machine is not connected to
the network, your machine
operates like a machine
without HomeWhiz function.

All safety precautions
described in “Important
safety and environmental
precautions” also apply
for remote control and
monitoring with the
HomeWhiz
function.

When you want to pause
your machine with the
application while the
HomeWhiz function is
active, the temperature
of the laundry is checked
and program is not paused
until a proper temperature
is reached. “Your laundry
is being cooled“ on the
screen. Program is paused
when the laundry is cooled
adequately.
You can use the HomeWhiz
function on more than one smart
device. You need to download the
HomeWhiz
application from the
application store of the devices you
want to use for each of the smart
devices you want to use, and you
have to log in with the membership
details (your email address and
the password you specify) you used
before.
