Maintenance and cleaning

Upper impeller 

Check if the holes on the upper impeller (1) 
are clogged. If they are clogged, remove 
and clean the impeller. Turn its nut to left to 
remove the upper impeller.
Make sure that the nut is tightened well when 
installing the upper impeller.

Lower impeller assembly

If the washing performance 
decreases, check if the holes on 
the lower impeller assembly are 
clogged. If they are clogged, 
remove and clean the impeller 
assembly.

To remove and clean the lower impeller 
assembly together, hold by one hand from 
the (C) points shown in the figure and pull up 
to remove.  After cleaning, follow these steps 
in reverse order to reinstall the impeller 
assembly.

If the washing performance 
decreases, check if the impeller 
rotates properly. To check, rotate 
the impeller assembly from the 
central par.
If the lower impeller assembly 
hits anywhere within the machine 
and does not rotate, make sure 
that the impeller is properly 
locked.

To lock the impeller, fix the part shown with 
(A) by your hand, hold the impeller (B) from 
the central part and rotate it anti-clockwise 
until locked.
