DELETING A DICTATON

Deleting the contents of a folder
Not only can you delete individual dictations but also the
contents of a selected folder or the contents of all folders.
• Move the slide switch to »
STOP
«.
• Select the main menu featuring the » « symbol with
the right selection button.
• Select the menu command » « and confirm with the
right selection button » «.
• The following symbols will appear in the display:
– Delete selected dictation
– Delete selected folder
– Delete all folders
Note:
If there are more than one author the symbols for
»Delete folder « and »All folders « are not display-
ed. This ensures that dictations from another user are not
accidentally deleted.
• Using the navigation buttons »

« select the icon for
the desired function and confirm by pressing the right
selection button » «.
• Confirm the »
« query for final deletion of the selected
folder or all folders with the right selection button » «.
The dictation is deleted now.
• If you would not like to delete the dictation, press the
left selection button » «.
