following functions:
– Delete
Described in the “Deleting
dictations” chapter.
– Dictation status
Identifies postponed or finished
dictations.
– Folder
Selects a folder; for new dictations
and for playing dictations stored in
various folders.
– Typist (TP)
Selects a typist for new dictations.
– Dictation type (DT) Selects a form, such as a letter or
log.
– Group (GR)
Selects a group or department.
– No./Ref. (NR)
Allows you to enter the file referen-
ces or patient numbers for new
dictations
– Priority (PR)
Selects the priority for new
dictations
– Author
Select the author for new dictations
(only possible if the function is
activated).
– Format memory
Formats the internal memory or
plugged in MultiMediaCard/Secure
Digital Card (MMC/SD).
Note:
This deletes all data.
