dictation is not to be deleted.
Note:
If several dictations are to be deleted, connect the dictation
device on the PC and delete the dictations using
Steno.trans or StenoNet.mail. If all dictations are deleted,
administrative data remains in the internal memory or on
the MultiMediaCard/SecureDigital Card (MMC/SD). The
entire memory capacity of the internal memory/memory
card is therefore not available for recording dictations.
