Setting­programmes­for­
recording
–­using­the­electronic­programme­
guide
You can use data from the electronic pro-
gramme guide (EPG) for recording.
You can select up to five programmes for timer
recording.
1 Press » EPG « to open the electronic pro-
gramme guide (EPG).
2 Select the television station with »

« to switch to today’s broadcasts.
4 Press »

« to select recording pro-
gramme.
5 Press » « and » OK « to add the broadcasts
to the timer.
– The »Timer list« menu is displayed along
with the current programme data.

list« menu can be edited, see »Editing timer
recording data«.

Before you start timer recording, a warn-
ing message appears with a 20-second
countdown; this gives you the opportunity to
switch back to the set television channel.

If the timer recording starts during playback,
playback is not interrupted. Recording takes
place automatically in the background as
long as you do not select »Yes« when the
timer countdown message is shown.
