Description
Flow
sensor:
The flow sensor is mounted in the line between the
liquid-concentrate pump and the tank inlet and
monitors the liquid-concentrate flow when the
pump is running.
T
Alarm
: Time delay from detecting too low liquid
flow until a message is displayed on the
touchscreen. This is just a pre-warning. The pump
is not stopped.
T
Stop
: Time delay from detecting too low liquid
flow until the pump is stopped and the automatic
mode is deactivated.
Liquid-
concentrate
pump:
The liquid-concentrate pump does not run
continuously during the preparation procedure, but
with a certain cycle time
T
ON
.
The value is factory-set to 10 seconds.
This means:
When water starts flowing in, the pump waits until
a water amount has flown in which corresponds to
a dosing time of 10 seconds. Then it starts dosing
until the amount of dosed liquid concentrate
corresponds to the water amount that has flown in
so far. Then it switches off and the cycle starts
again.
This value should only be changed if no
satisfying result can be reached, for
example, if the concentration of the
withdrawn solution varies considerably.
Dosing capacity
: Dosing capacity of the liquid-
concentrate pump. The value is calculated during
commissioning.
∑:
Total liquid-concentrate consumption counter.
Qm:
Counter for current dosing quantity (increasing by
water flow and decreasing by running pump).
