In this menu, the settings of the dry-material feeder can be viewed
and changed.

Level
sensor:
The level sensor is mounted in the storage hopper
and detects a lack of dry material.
T
Alarm
: Time delay from detecting a lack of dry
material until a message is displayed on the
touchscreen. This is just a pre-warning to refill the
hopper. The dry-material feeder is not stopped.
T
Stop
: Time delay from detecting a lack of dry
material until the dry-material feeder is stopped
and the automatic mode is deactivated.
To avoid a stop of the system, make sure to refill
the hopper before this time has elapsed.
Vibrator:
In automatic mode the vibrator is started and
stopped cyclically while the dosing screw is
running.
The vibrator starts running together with the dosing
screw and runs for the time period defined in
field
T
ON
. Then it stops for the time period defined
in field
T
OFF
. This cycle is repeated continuously
as long as the dosing screw is running.
Dry-material
feeder:
The dry-material feeder does not run continuously
during the preparation procedure, but with a certain
cycle time
T
ON
.
The value is factory-set to 10 seconds. This
means:
When water starts flowing in, the dry-material
feeder waits until a water amount has flown in
which corresponds to a dosing time of 10 seconds.
Then it starts dosing until the amount of dosed dry
material corresponds to the water amount that has
flown in so far. Then it switches off and the cycle
starts again.
This value should only be changed if no
satisfying result can be reached, for
example, if the concentration of the
withdrawn solution varies considerably.
Dosing capacity
: Dosing capacity of the dry-
material feeder. The value is calculated during
commissioning.
∑:
Total dry-material consumption counter.

Counter for the current dosing quantity (increasing
by water flow and decreasing by running dosing
screw).
Vibrator status.
Push this symbol to activate or deactivate the
vibrator.
If the vibrator is deactivated, the motor symbol at
the dry-material feeder is greyed out.
Push this symbol to open the menu
Start-up dry-
material feeder
.
Push this symbol to reset a counter to zero.
Push this symbol to revert to the previous menu.
