3. General description

The GRUNDFOS MAGNA Series 2000 is a circulator
pump with integrated differential pressure control
enabling adjustment of pump performance to the
actual system requirements. In many systems, this
will reduce the power consumption considerably,
reduce noise from thermostatic valves and similar
fittings, and improve the control of the system.

The desired head can be set on the pump control
panel.

4. Applications

The GRUNDFOS MAGNA is designed for circulating
liquids in heating and air-conditioning systems.

The pump range is primarily used in

systems with a variable flow.

The pump range can also be used in

systems with a constant flow where it is
desirable to optimize the setting of the pump duty
point

systems with variable flow-pipe temperature.

4.1 Pumped liquids

Grundfos MAGNA is intended for pumping clean
water not containing solid particles or fibers.
