7.2.2.3 Inspect Impeller and Wear Plate
Check the impeller and wear plate for excessive clearance. Replace or repair as
necessary.
Recommended clearance is 0.5mm to 0.9mm.
7.3 OVERHAUL
•
Pumps requiring overhaul should be repaired by an authorized KJI service
workshop.
•
Procedure of the general overhaul
Disassembling and cleaning of pump.
Inspection and overhaul of each component.
Electrical testing of submersible motor.
Replacement of worn-out/ or damage parts.
Reassembly.
Performance test and Functional test.
Painting and Packing
