2. DESCRIPTION OF STORAGE TANKS
The
CORFIRST
tanks feature one coil integrated into their upper section that transfers the
heat collected by the solar sensors to the domestic hot water of the tank.
The
CORSUN 2
tanks feature 2 integrated coils: the lower coil transfers the heat collected
by the solar sensors to the domestic hot water of the tank and the upper coil transfers the
heat from backup energy when there is insufficient solar energy.
The
CORFLOW
tanks feature 1 high output coil for connection to a boiler.
CORFIRST, CORSUN 2 and CORFLOW tanks have external rust protection with a layer of
paint.
Maximum water temperature in use: 95°C
Service pressure: 8 bar
The storage tanks' thermal insulation consists of:
-
for the M0 version
, a rigid grey sheet-metal casing over 100 mm of glass wool,
-
for the M1 version
, a flexible insulating casing consisting of 100 mm of glass wool covered
with a flexible PVC envelope (non-flammable),
