The toilet is being used at the time when the Plasmacluster Ion (Room) operates.
Plasmacluster Ion (Room) stops when the toilet is used while the Plasmacluster Ion (Room) is operating, and does
not operate for the remainder of the day. Plasmacluster Ion (Room) operates at the set time from the next day.
Plasmacluster Ion (Room) Stops Halfway
Some operation is performed while the Plasmacluster Ion (Room) is operating.
Plasmacluster Ion (Room) when some operation is performed while the Plasmacluster Ion (Room) is operating, and
does not operate for the remainder of the day. Plasmacluster Ion (Room) operates at the set time from the next day.
Cannot Pair the Smartphone with the Toilet
The toilet is already connected with another smartphone.
Press the
(stop) button to terminate the current Bluetooth
®
connection. Then restart the application and perform
pairing again.
Cannot Connect the Smartphone to the Toilet
Metal items are placed near the seat unit.
Move away the metal items.
Another toilet is selected on the application.
Confirm the three beeping sounds when connecting the smartphone to the toilet.
Cannot Connect to the Toilet or Operate the Toilet Using the Application
Pairing information is not registered on the toilet.
Perform pairing again for the following instances: first time using the application, when the smartphone has been
replaced with a new one, using the application on the different toilet.
