7. Carefully position table so gap faces to the

6. Release tension on blade. Place table on
saw, sliding table gap around blade (see
Figure 16).
Assembly
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to
Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
5. Remove protective cover from blade,
then remove table insert from table (see
Figure 16).
8. Rest table trunnions on trunnion base, mak-
ing sure trunnion bolts are hanging out bot-
tom of trunnion base (see
Figure 18).

2. Attach two rubber feet to bottom of cabinet
stand, as shown in
Figure 15, with (4)

hex nuts and (4)10mm flat washers.
To assemble bandsaw:
1. Have assistant tip and support bandsaw onto
its side and expose underside of cabinet (see
Figure 15). Place a 4x4 block under center of
cabinet to help prevent hands from an acci-
dental crushing injury while installing feet.
3. Repeat Steps 1–2, tipping saw onto other
side to install remaining feet.
4. Level cabinet stand and ensure stand is
sturdy and free of wobbles or rocking by
adjusting feet up or down, then tighten hex
nuts against stand to secure feet in place.

Carelessness during this step can result in
a crushing injury to any extremity under the
machine. Take steps (like placing a block)
to stop the machine should it come down
unexpectedly.
