SAFETY lOCKINGS
CAUTION: When servicing the engine with the GRASS-
CATCHER raised, engage the two red-painted safety lockings on
the two hydraulic cylinders that support it. Do not access the en-
gine compartment without having engaged before the safety lock-
ings. Do not leave the machine parked with the GRASS-CATCHER
raised without having inserted the two red safety lockings.
ROLL-BAR
CAUTION:
the roll-bar must be always raised as shown in the
picture and properly ixed using appropriate screws.
In addition, always wear seat belts.
RISK of gas inhalation
Exhaust fumes may cause serious damage to health or death.
If you need to start the engine in a closed area, use an extension
to the exhaust pipe to blow out the smoke.
If it is necessary to operate the engine in a closed area use an extension
piece to the exhaust pipe to blow out the smoke. Work in a well ventilated
area.
FIRE HAZARD
Handle fuel with care, it is highly lammable; do not refuel while smoking,
near open lames or sparks, when the engine is running.
RISK of explosion.
Keep the battery away from lames or sparks. The gases that may
exhale are highly explosive.
DANGER of acid burn
Sulfuric acid in battery electrolyte is poisonous. It is strong enough to
burn skin, eat holes in clothing and cause blindness if it gets in contact
with the eyes
Safety devices
Before using the machine, it is mandatory to put on the individual safety
devices: body protection, protection gloves, safety footwear, ear protection,
goggles.
