Irregular cutting and insuf-
icient collection
Incorrect tilting of the cutting
deck
- Check tyre pressure
- Restore correct inclination of the mower deck..
Poor blade performance
- Check that the blades are itted correctly
- Sharpen or replace blades
- Adjust the tension of the PTO belts
High forward speed in relation
to cutting height or lawn condi-
tions
- Slow down
- put the mower deck in a higher cutting position
Load chute blocked
- Remove the mower deck and empty the load chute
- Check engine speed
- Clean the basket net
- Adjust the full grass-catcher microswitch
Vibrations during operation
Unbalanced blades
- Balance or replace blades if damaged
- Check the integrity of bearings and idlers
Accidental bumps, on kerbs,
walls, etc
- Check the blade, frame and motor ixing screws and tighten any
loose screws, and tighten any loose screws
Engine oil warning light
comes on
Insuficient engine oil pressure - Check and reill engine oil level
- Change engine oil ilter
Blades do not engage
- Parking brake engaged
- Faulty switch
- Clutch defective
- Faulty full grass catcher
microswitch
- Faulty closed grass catcher
microswitch
- Full or opened grass catcher
- High engine temperature
- Check the PTO button
- Check the function and integrity of the clutch
- Check the fuses
- Check the operation and adjustment of the microswitches
- Check the microswitch connectors
- Check engine temperature warning light

Never attempt to carry out major repairs without having the neces-
sary means and technical expertise.
IF YOU HIT A STONE OR ANOTHER FOREIGN BODY
1. Disengage the blades
2. Raise the cutting deck.
3. Switch off the engine and engage the parking brake.
4. Check the screws securing the blades and the integrity of the
cutting deck.
5. Check that no foreign body has entered the load chute or is stuck.
