Name Shortcut Function
Display errors This option allows You to set a form of errors displaying as a
result of programmed data verifying. Errors can be displayed on
the screen (max. 45 differences) or saved to PG4UCOMP.ERR
file on the disk in current directory.
This setting can be saved to file PG4U.CFG by command
Options\Save options. Default form is set to a screen displaying.
Log file This options is matched with LOG WINDOW. All reports for
this window can be written into the LOG FILE too. The LOG
FILE names as REPORT.REP and the control program creates
this file in current directory. This setting can be saved to file
PG4U.CFG by command Options\Save options. Default form
is set to use LOG WINDOW without LOG FILE i.e. all reports
will be displayed to a LOG WINDOW only.
Help (general options) Use this menu command to install Online context - sensitive
help system in the desired language. You can select english,
german and slovak (coding of Kamenickÿ or Latin 2 - page 852,
and without punctuation) HELP system. You may install the
HELP system any time during the run of control program, and
save the current settings to .CFG file on disk. Successful
installation of a new HELP system supposes .HLP files existence
on your disk, which are delivered on distributions file along with
the control program.
Help language (Windows only) Use this menu command for install on-line context-sensitive
help in the desired language. You can select English or Slovak
help system. You may install a wishing help in any time during
the run of control program. The selected help setting is saved
automatically into .INI file in the control program’s directory on
the disk. Successful installation of new help supposes HLP files
existence on your disk, which are delivered on distribution disk
along with the control program.
Set Masks (general options) Use this command to set file-name masks to use as a filter for file
listing in save and load file window for all file formats. Mask
must contain one of wildcards (*, ?) at least and must be applied
correctly by syntax. This setting is saved to CFG file by
command Options\Save.
Find programmer This item contains commands that are used for setting
communication parameters and for selecting new type of
programmer.
