REPLACEMENT OF HAMMERS
REVERSAL OR REPLACEMENT OF SHREDDER BLADES
For replacement of hammers act as following:
a) turn over unloading duct after putting back relative bolts
b) remove the plastic cover “C” at the side of hydraulic pump
c) remove belts cover
d) rotate manually the rotor so that bringing one axle of blade and then another one
close to the unloading duct and pull off elastic pin that blocks the axle
e) using a hole on the belts’ side door and with a help of dowel and a hammer make
axels come out from the opposite side so that liberating the hammers
f) replace hammers following its order and alternation
g) restore the pins of fixation and the original safety guards.
c) reverse or replace the blades and place in former position unloading duct and
belts cover.

For replacement of blades act as following:
a) turn over unloading duct after having removed relative bolts
b) by means of a hexagon spanner remove the fixation screws of blades previously
liberating hollow hexagonal from possible deposits of materials. Then, having the
spanner inserted , settle it well with a slight blow of a hammer, after which unscrew
strongly the bolts
