9 Troubleshooting
If your air conditioner is not working well, please check the following table first before asking
for service:

The unit can’t start

No power supply.

Circuit breaker is tripped because of current leakage.

Circuit voltage is too low.

ON/OFF key sets at the stop position.

Abnormal operation of the control system.

Too many heating sources or people in the room.

Doors or windows are open.

Obstacle at the air intake and outlet of the unit.

refrigerant leakage).

Poor performance of the indoor temperature sensor.
Poor heating effect

Air filter is dirty or blocked.

Doors or windows are open.
③
Wrong temperature setting (too low).

Refrigerant leakage.
