Hydraulic Hose Hookup
Current Style Color Coded Hose Handles
Great Plains hydraulic hoses have color coded handle
grips to help you hookup hoses to your tractor outlets.
Hoses that go to the same remote valve are marked
with the same color.
Older Style Hoses with Color Ties
Hoses that go to the same remote valve are marked with
the same color tie.
To distinguish hoses on the same hydraulic circuit, refer
to plastic hose label. Hose under extended-cylinder
symbol feeds cylinder base end. Hose under retracted-
cylinder symbol feeds cylinder rod end.
