Q. No buttons appear on the home screen of the app.
A. Enter a valid patient access code. Once an access code is entered, the Start Test and My Diary
buttons will be enabled.

Q. I continue to receive an error message when attempting to load a study definition.
A1. Ensure the Wi-Fi or mobile broadband is enabled. If both wireless connections are enabled and
you are still unable to login, contact a GLNT administrator at 1.855.GLNeuro (1.855.456.3876).
A2. Ensure that the patient access code is being properly entered.
A3. Ensure that you created a study for the patient on the web.
Q. The My Diary button is available on the home screen of the app, but the Start Test button is missing.
A. Follow the steps outlined in Chapter 4 for pairing the motion sensors. Once you have the upper
and lower extremity sensors paired, the Start Test button will be enabled.
