General
The
AMIGO V
model is a classical
Graupner
airplane model
that achieves
challenging flight performance. It is particularly characterized by a low airspeed and
best thermal airing properties. The design was based on the version AMIGO II from
1966. The wing and tail unit adopted are exactly like the original ones. The model
can start with a rubber-system, but it can optionally be flown with a motor set as a
motor glider. The construction of the model requires manual modelling skills and
should only be carried out or supported by experienced model builders.

the building plan, so that you can get an overview of the sequence of the assembly.
Group the prepared components, tools and adhesives for a construction stage.
Remove the individual wood parts with the balsa cutter from the boards, if necessary
