3. Use the CB-610 bolts with the ML01 nuts to assemble the steel base kit as shown in diagrams , , , , , and , at the

bottom of this page. Note the CB-610’s will be on the outside and the ML01 nut will be on the inside.
4. Install the BA-A1 and BA-S10 bolts into the large circular holes on the bottom side of the base kit, as is shown in the diagrams below. You may

choose to place the BA-A1 and BA-S10 in opposite holes of what are shown in diagram , , and .
