Reconnect Pump
1.
Reconnect the pump plunger (43) to the drive shaft
(33).
2.
While guiding the plunger (43) back into the fluid
cylinder (42), guide the fluid cylinder into the drive
cylinder (14).
3.
Tighten the three set screws (19) to restrain the fluid
cylinder (42) to the drive cylinder (14).
4.
Verify the set screws (19) are in the groove of the
drive cylinder (14).
5.
Tighten packing nut assembly hand tight plus a
1/16th turn.
6.
Cover the packing nut (37) by pushing up the dust
cover (15).
7.
Reconnect inlet and outlet fluid lines to the pump.
8.
Reconnect power to the motor.
