Hose
To connect a hose to a fluid control device or heated
manifold.
1.
Install fitting and heated hose onto pump outlet
with the large electrical connector side toward
the system. Use 2 wrenches to tighten hose.
Torque to 45 ft-lbs (61 N•m).

Wrap exposed fittings on the pump outlet with
Nomex insulation and secure insulation using
fiberglass tape.
3.
Connect large heated hose connector to MZLP.
4.
Repeat for any remaining channels.
5.
For proper operation, cables must be plugged
into zones 1–2 and 3–4 at all times.
6.
Install cap on any unused MZLP electrical
connectors.
7.
Connect the small 8 pin connector from the
heated hose to the fluid control device or heated
manifold.

8.
Use 2 wrenches to tighten hose. Torque to 45
