2. Store the LATCH Strap

From the bottom of the seat, open the LATCH storage door

and slide the LATCH connectors into the storage locations.

Remove the slack from both straps.

See section 8-B to move and store the InRight

LATCH

connectors.

3. Unhook Top Tether Strap From Storage location and

Lay it in the Seat

4. Place Car Seat Forward-Facing in Back Seat of the

Vehicle

Place forward-facing in vehicle seat. The bottom of the seat

should sit as flat as possible on the vehicle seat.

5. A Majority of the Car Seat Base SHOULD Rest on

the Vehicle Seat

A small amount of overhang is acceptable. At minimum, the

area shown highlighted in green should rest on the vehicle

seat.

The line on the car seat base marks the maximum

amount of overhang allowed.

6. Recline the Car Seat

Fully recline the car seat to fully expose the forward-facing

belt path.
