Replacing Power Supply Board
1.
Follow
2.
Unlock and open EasyKey™ door with its key.
3.
Disconnect cables (G1, G2, G3). F

Remove 2 screws (H) and remove cover (J).
5.
Noting their location, remove 5 screws (Y) from
power supply board (521a). Remove board.
6.
Apply thermal compound to the heatsink (Z) on the
back of the new power supply board (521a).
7.
Install the new power supply board with the 5
screws (Y).
8.
Install cover (J) with 2 screws (H).
9.
Connect cables (G1, G2, G3).
10.
Close and lock EasyKey™ door with key.
11.
Turn on power at main circuit breaker.
12.
Turn EasyKey™ power on to test operation.
