Installation
Unpacking
Inspect the shipping container carefully for damage.
Contact the carrier promptly if there is damage.
Open the box and inspect the contents carefully. There
should not be any loose or damaged parts in the
container.
Compare the packing slip against all the items in the
box. Report any shortage or other inspection problems
immediately.
Recirculation Kit Installation
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure in your
appropriate PR70 manual. See Related Manuals
on page 2.
2. Follow the Shutdown procedure in your
appropriate PR70 manual. See Related Manuals
on page 2.
3. Replace the existing Pump Bearing Housing
(15K804) with the Lube Pump Bearing Housing (BB)
(25U138).
a. Before changing out the Pump Bearing
Housing, confirm which side is the Isocyanate
(low volume) pump to ensure the Lube Pump
Bearing Housing (BB) is installed in the same
orientation.
NOTE: See F

. 4 for the arrangement of the Lube
Pump Bearing Housing (BB).
b. If the PR70 was previously cycled with material,
wipe the residual media off the pump shaft.
Lube the pump shaft with Krytox Grease prior
to insertion into the Lube Pump Bearing
Housing (BB).

section in the PR70 and PR70v Repair and Parts
manual. See Related Manuals on page 2.
4. Mount and install the Mongoose Chemical Pump
(AA). See the Mongoose Chemical Pump
Instructions - Parts Manual. See Related Manuals
on page 2.
5. Add IGS Fluid (107) to the collecting bottle (104)
until filled to the tapered neck at the top.
6. Route tubing (103) as shown in Component
Identification on page 7.
7. Prime the Lube Pump Bearing Housing (BB):
a. Set the Mongoose Chemical Pump (AA) speed
knob (HH) to 125 cycles.
b. Set the Mongoose Chemical Pump (AA) stroke
(JJ) to 100%.
PRESSURIZED FLUID HAZARD
The equipment in this system stays pressurized until
pressure is manually relieved. To help prevent seri -
ous injury from pressurized fluid, such as skin injec -
tion, splashing fluid and moving parts, follow the
Pressure Relief Procedure described in your PR70
system manual when you stop pumping and before
cleaning, checking or servicing the equipment.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Wear appropriate protective equipment when
installing the recirculation kit to help prevent serious
injury, including eye injury, hearing loss, inhalation of
toxic fumes, and burns.
