Before attempting DVD setup, press DVD to set the
unit to DVD mode.
General Explanation
This section gives basic instructions for setting up DVD
features and preferences. Some DVDs require special
operations or allow only limited operation during play-
back. When this occurs, the
symbol appears on the
TV screen, indicating that the operation is not permitted
by the DVD+VCR or is not available on the disc.
On-Screen Display
General DVD playback status can be displayed on your
TV screen by pressing the DISPLAY button.
