Flaring
Firmly hold copper pipe in a die (bar) in the dimension shown in the table below.

Tightening the connection
Align the centre of the pipes.
Sufficiently tighten the flare nuts with your fingers, and then tighten them with a spanner and torque wrench as
shown.

Warning!
Excessive torque can break the nut depending on installation conditions.
