CAPTURE MODES
Your GoPro has three main capture modes.
VIDEO
Using the rear touch screen, swipe left or right to the mode you want.
Video
Includes Standard, Activity, and Cinematic presets.

Getting to Know Your GoPro
Heads Up:
You can choose which preset will be loaded and ready to go
when you turn on your GoPro.
1. Swipe down on the rear screen to access the Dashboard.
2. Swipe left and tap Preferences > General > Default Preset.
PRO TIP:
With the camera on, you can press the Mode button
to switch modes.
GETTING THE SHOT
1. Simply press the Shutter button to start recording.
2. Press the Shutter button again to stop recording (Video,
Time Lapse, and Live Streaming only).
