interval.
2. To resume playback, press play/pause again.
For DVD +R/RW, there is no pre-stop state. Thats why pressing stop key only once will stop the playback and the
unit will switch to title menu.
LOCATING A SPECIFIC TITLE OR CHAPTER, USING THE MENU BUTTON (DVD)
To play a specific chapter from a given title on a DVD you can use the MENU button to display a menu to make your
title and chapter selection. The procedure described here is general in nature. If the steps do not seem appropriate for
the DVD you are attempting to play, disregard these instructions and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
1. During normal playback, press MENU .
The screen displays a menu The menu may not contain all the chapters in the movie title. However, the disc creators
provide additional menus to navigate, which cover all the chapters. Use the direction buttons to navigate the menus.
2. Position the screen highlight over your selection and press select. Alternatively, you can press the number of the
desired chapter.
MOVING TO A SPECIFIC TITLE OR CHAPTER (DVD)
Press Search Mode button and enter the number of the desired chapter. To change title number, press left arrow button
and then enter the number.
MOVING TO A SPECIFIC ELAPSED TIME (DVD,VCD,AUDIO CD)
At DVD to go directly to any point of the currently playing title, press SEARCH MODE button twice and then enter
the time
At VCD or AUDIO CD, to go directly to any point of the currently playing track, press SEARCH MODE button and then
enter time.
CHECKING ELAPSED TIME (DVD,VCD,AUDIO CD)
To determine how long a file has been playing, you can check the elapsed time by pressing DISPLAY. A counter appears
in the upper right portion of the display. To clear the counter, press DISPLAY again.
PLAYING REPEATEDLY (DVD,VCD,AUDIO CD)
Repeat play modes are activated by pressing REPEAT and vary with media.
1. Here are the steps for DVD
a. While playing a chapter, press Repeat.
b. The message CHAPTER REPEAT ON appears.
c. To repeat the entire title, press Repeat again (you see TITLE REPEAT ON).
d. Press Repeat again to resume normal playback (you see the message REPEAT OFF)
