• The defect is the result of materials you have provided or added.
WARRANTYDATE:
All of our products are guaranted for 2 years (24 months) from the date of delivery of the product.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Despite all the attention and seriousness given to the production and control of production, no product is
indestructible and we must exclude the following :
• Normal wear.
• Impacts, scratches or other damage caused by foreign objects.
• Damage caused by collisions and jumps.
• Overexposure to UV, sun, moon, salt, humidity outside sessions.
• Damage caused by overpressure.
• Damage caused by use other than the destination of the product: towing the Board behind a boat for
example.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance.
• Damage caused by mounting that does not comply with recommendations
• Damage caused by use in shorebreak or overpowering waves.
• Damage and personal injury caused to the user when using the Board.
• Damage and personal injury caused by the user on others when using the Board. The warranty is only valid
if the product is used to Surf foil, Kite foil, SUP foil or Wing foil, in leisure use and does not cover products
used for hire, for teaching, or for competition.
Note that equipment that has been modified and that no longer conforms to its original configuration cannot be
supported by our after-sales service.
SUPPORT
The manufacturing defects are therefore the only ones affected by the warranty. They are outside of our control
and have managed to pass all the filters of our quality control.This may be for example a defect in the drop-
stitch of the board. In all cases, these defects are visible after the breakage. We kindly ask you to send us high

sales service will process your request as soon as possible. If necessary, we will ask you to return the broken
product at your expense and carefully packaged at the following address :
