(colour to colour) and locked properly

check that the twisted pair blue and blue/white wires are connected correctly
to the CAN lines. Refer to § 3.4 Wiring harness connections

check that the EM is programmed for the correct vehicle (this is printed on the
sticker on the side of the EM)
