STIR FRY

Press FUNCTION button three times

STIR FRY light flashes

Press the START/STOP button to 
enter into working phase. The default 
temperature for this function is 240°C, 
and default time is 15 minutes.

Pour suitable amount of oil into non-
stick cooking pot, then place food in it 

5.

Stir fry food to cook. NOTE you must 
use utensils suitable for a nonstick 
cooking surface (eg wood, plastic, 
bamboo) so as not to damage the 
non stick finish. 

6.

Adjust TIME and TEMP during 
heating or cooking process if you 
wish to. 

7.

When the STIR FRY programme has 
finished, the unit switches to standby 
automatically.  
 

BOIL 

1.

Put the food directly into the non-stick 
cooking dish 

2.

Add suitable amount of water 

3.

Close lid 

4.

Press FUNCTION key four times 

5.

BOIL light flashes 

6.

Press the START/STOP button to 
enter into working phase. The default 
temperature for this function is 150°C, 
and default time is 25 minutes. 

7.

Adjust TIME and TEMP during 
heating or cooking process if you 
wish to. 

8.

When the BOIL programme has 
finished, the unit switches into KEEP 

WARM mode automatically; 80°C for 

2 hours 
 

DEEP FRY 

1.

Heat oil in the non-stick cooking dish. 
NOTE 

– keep oil level well below top 

of cooking dish so as to allow space 
for fry basket and its contents.

Press the FUNCTION key five times
