Operation

Switch the appliance on using the mains switch (1).
The control lamp (2) will light up green. The
BioLas® 6 is now ready for operation.
Now hold the BioLas® 6 in your hand as you
would hold a pencil (see diagram) and point the
laser tip (6) at the area to be treated, at a distance
of 1 to 2cm.
Do not touch the point that requires treatment with
the laser tip if you are treating surface damage to
the skin (e.g. herpes, wounds etc).
Without Timer
Press the laser operation
button (8) once with your
index
finger (if you are
right handed) or thumb
(if you are left
handed). The laser is
turned on. After the pre-
scribed radiation time,
press the laser operation button again. This will
switch the laser off.
Note:
in this mode there is no indication in the
scale.
With Timer
Press and hold the laser-operating button . The
LED-light scale shows now ascending the laser
operation in minutes. 1 light = 1 min., 2 lights = 2
min. etc. Once you have reached the desired ther-
apy time, release the laser-operating button. The
laser turns on and the therapy begins. After each
minute a light goes out. Upon with the expiration of
the last light, the laser switches off automatically.
You can turn off the laser during the operation at
any time by pressing the laser operation-button
again. The pre-programmed therapy time will be
deleted.
