by AC cable terminated with aviation plug A3
5. Connect emergency load (distribution box) to the “To Load” port on the Terminal box by AC
cable terminated with aviation plug D2
6. Connect the “RS485” on the inverter to the energy meter with communication cable D11;
ensure connect the pin “3” of D11 to pin “7” on the meter; pin “6” to “8”
7. Connect the “Ethernet” port on the Terminal Box to a communication port in the household
8. Connect the “AS BOX” on the inverter to “COM RS485” on the Terminal Box with D10
9. Connect the “CAN” ports between the inverter and Terminal Box with D9
Please double check system connection before system operation.
Note:
1. The PV power should be lower than 13.0kW
2. The emergency load connected should not be over 5.0kW
3. A 32A/400V AC Breaker and 300mA leakage protector should be installed between the
hybrid system and the grid
4. A 32A/400V AC Breaker and 300mA leakage protector should be installed between the
hybrid system and the emergency load
3.3.1 How to Make Power Connecting Line
Figure~Figure are the connecting demonstration for PV connector, grid connector and
emergency load connector. Please choose the proper wire (AWG12 recommended) to make
different connectors according to the length of connecting line.
