2. Next unplug the Chassis Neck PCB from Chassis Tube Neck of the CRT by pulling back on the Chassis Neck
PCB. You will need to slide the Chassis Neck PCB off to the side to clear the Chassis Tube Neck. The Fly-
back cable that connects to the CRT just above the Chassis Tube Neck will need to be disconnected next.
Be very careful as the Fly-back cable can hold 250volts even when powered OFF. Pinch the gray rubber
flange, and slightly push in to un-hook the metal prongs that hold the Fly-back cable to the CRT, shown by
the arrows in the picture below.

3. Finally you will need to unplug 2 cables from the monitor chassis PCB and 1 from the chassis neck PCB that
are directly connected to the CRT shown by the arrows in the figure below.

Unplug the CRT 2 wire ground cable that connect to the Chassis Monitor PCB (Item 1 below).

Unplug the CRT 2 wire ground cable that connects to the Chassis Neck PCB (Item 2 below).

Unplug the Color and Sync 4 wire cable that connects from the Chassis Tube Neck to the Monitor
chassis PCB. Be sure to remember the color alignment of this connector when installing the new
monitor chassis PCB (Item 3 below).
4. You can now slide the monitor chassis PCB and other PCB’s out the side of the monitor as one unit.
