match the known NTU value of the process sample.

to enter the value and complete cali-
bration (“SAMPLE CAL: CONFIRM CAL OK?” screen
appears).

to display the active measurement
reading on the “CONFIRM ACTIVE?” output status
screen. When the reading corresponds to the actual
typical process value, press
ENTER key
again to return
the analog outputs and relays to their active states
(MEASURE screen appears).
This completes “SAMPLE CAL” calibration.
The analyzer analog outputs are factory-calibrated. How-
ever, they can be re-calibrated at any time if desired.
This
procedure calibrates Output 1. Calibrate Output 2 in the
same way using its respective menu screens.
NOTE:
When the passcode feature is enabled (Section
4.5), you must successfully enter the passcode
before attempting to calibrate the analog outputs.
When an output is configured to be 0-20 mA, the
analyzer will calibrate the 4 mA and 20 mA values
(not the 0 mA value). Also, the analyzer adjustment
range for output values during calibration is ± 2 mA.
