The following messages can appear when the @ctiveLink application cannot
retrieve messages.

Out of memory
Handheld computer memory is low.
Delete some handheld applications.

Canceled by user
The user has canceled the retrieve
action.
Retrieve failed
No response from
device
The retrieve action stops after six tries
to contact the module. Remove and
reinsert the module.
Retrieve failed
Transaction failed.
The retrieve action returns an error
value. Remove and reinsert the module.

corrupted
No message-id found
The retrieve action cannot find the
message ID.
