6. REGULATING UNLOADER

ONLY QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ARE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING REPAIRS.

UNLOADER REPLACEMENT
1.

Turn off all switches and unplug machine.

2.

Drain tanks and remove all chemicals and accessories.

3.

Unhook front latches and tilt tanks back so inside of base frame is exposed.

4.

Remove the solution hoses from the fittings on the pump.

5.

Remove the unloader.

6.

Reverse process to install.

NOTE: Kit #47436 includes all o-rings marked with an asterisk (*) below.
