In the web interface go to ‘Settings’ ➡ ‘Telephony’ ➡ ‘Advanced VoIP Settings’. The
correct settings can be seen in the screenshot.

Codecs

:



In the web interface go to ‘Settings’ ➡ ‘Telephony’ ➡ ‘Audio’. Click ‘Show advanced
settings’.



Now for each connection it is possible to select which codecs are allowed. In most cases
it is sufficient to allow the codecs G.711 a law and G.729.
